Description
Yup, epoxy because the clay kept cracking. You can see it in the second to the right picture, where it's all grey and cracked. Did it twice in clay, both times it cracked. Third time I did most of the body in epoxy, and then the stomach and head in clay. Again, the clay parts cracked. No matter how much I kneaded it...so the whole thing is like concrete over a moveable wire frame.
Galvinized wire, steel resin epoxy, wiggle eyes(with backs removed so I could paint them black), green acrylic paint. Holes in feet for rigging system.
Probably about 10 hours work, because the first model I did was a huge monster, and was far too top heavy to work
